Fusion Acupressure

Acupressure is a technique, akin to acupuncture without needles, that applies light pressure to key trigger points along the body to ease tension and encourage deep relaxation.

Tension & Trauma releasing exercises (or TRE) assist the body in releasing deep neurological and muscular patterns of stress, tension, and trauma through tremoring or shaking.
TRE is a self-help tool that once learned can be used independently as needed throughout one’s life.
Spinal Flow Healing

Spinal Flow is a therapeutic technique that uses gentle contact with 33 access points along the spine, cranium and occiput to alleviate physical, emotional, and chemical stress.
